In the heart of midtown Manhattan, OFH collaborated with The Switzer Group and Alba Construction to deliver a transformative office design project for Metropolitan Commercial Bank.
This expansive undertaking spanned two floors, redefining the bank’s headquarters into an elegant, luxurious space that makes a bold statement. The goal was to create a collaborative work environment using our people-first approach.

In collaboration with the entire project team, OFH successfully transformed Metropolitan Commercial Bank's NYC headquarters into a sophisticated and elegant workspace that fostered collaboration.

As a result of this project, Metropolitan Commercial Bank later hired OFH to manage multiple design projects across multiple bank locations.

- Elegant Design: Every decision was made to further the space’s elegant design and luxury aesthetic, from furniture to architecture. Our team carefully curated a line of fixtures, furniture and office décor to ensure staff and visitors experienced the feeling of luxury.
- Open Plan Spaces: Metropolitan Commercial Bank’s team wanted to encourage interactions and collaboration with its staff, so our designs and choices prioritized an open plan with many common areas and communal spaces.
- Conference Rooms: To meet with their clients and foster their image as an executive banking firm serving entrepreneurs, one of the project requirements was to create ample meeting space. We ensured each of the multiple conference rooms was designed to meet the luxury aesthetic throughout the rest of the space while incorporating state-of-the-art technology.
