LUMA Partners, a prominent investment bank specializing in digital media and marketing, expanded into a spacious Fifth Avenue office in the Flatiron district, enlisting OFH to furnish their new space.
Our team collaborated with Gensler to ensure the project aligned with LUMA’s vision, culture and budget.
The office exudes modernity and style, featuring a curved lounge meeting area and a high-tech conference room with an Eleven series table. Luxurious fabric walls and lounge chairs create an inviting atmosphere, while Global Accord chairs and STAKS benching furniture add functionality and flair. The result is a beautifully orchestrated office befitting its cosmopolitan setting in the Flatiron district.
