In partnership with OFH, GoGuardian set out to create a workspace that transcended the conventional office setting that could be a powerful reflection of their values and contribute to a unified team spirit.
Our approach was establishing a space that encouraged collaboration and teamwork and radiated a positive atmosphere conducive to employee productivity and client engagement.
Results
OFH’s reimagination of GoGuardian’s workspace has yielded significant outcomes, culminating in a vibrant and collaborative environment.
The carefully curated design across two expansive floors has successfully enhanced teamwork, fostering a dynamic and creative work culture. Open areas and collaborative spaces have become catalysts for idea exchange, while the introduction of adaptable workstations ensures employee comfort and satisfaction, contributing to increased productivity.
The design consciously embraces the company's commitment to employee well-being and promotes a healthy work-life balance, evident in the dedicated yoga studio and abundant greenery throughout the space.
Furthermore, the workspace redesign has created a lasting positive atmosphere, aligning seamlessly with GoGuardian’s values. - Sit/Stand Desks and Conference Room Tables: We collaborated with Kessler to provide sit/stand desks and conference room tables, ensuring a functional and enriching experience.
- Meeting Huts for Breakout Sessions: The redesigned office spans two spacious floors and incorporates meeting huts strategically placed for breakout sessions.
- Open Collaborative Areas: Multiple open, collaborative areas are integrated into the office layout, emphasizing GoGuardian's commitment to encouraging teamwork and creativity.
